Maxi Power is looking to recruit Duty Manager/Controller for our office in East London.
You must hold a Door Supervisor licence, and preferably a CCTV licence - if you do not hold the relevant licences you need not apply
Some of the main duties:
- Provide leadership, direction and oversee the duties of all security officers working on site
- Report to the Head of Security
- Workforce management including scheduling staff
- conducting interviews
- Co-ordinate staff performance reviews and appraisals
- Carry out Grievance and Disciplinary investigations and reports
- Maintain the training matrix -
- Delivering induction/site training for new candidates
- Liaising with the client, stakeholders and customers - creating reports
- Investigate incidents and/or customer complaints and compile data for accurate reporting
Required experience:
You Must have 8-10 year Security experience and at least 5 year as a security controller/Duty manager experience.
