SALARY: £25,000 to £32,000 Basic, plus benefits, company vehicle, pension.
LOCATION: This is a field based role covering North West London, extending out to south Hertfordshire / Bedfordshire, Middlesex, and parts of Essex, including Barnet, Edgware, Stanmore, Potters Bar, Watford, St Albans, Hemel Hempstead. You should ideally live within reasonable distance of the company’s London site at NW3.
HOURS: 8.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday, plus out of hours call out Rota including weekends.
You will be installing, servicing and maintaining a wide range of Texecom and Risco equipment / systems, including intruder alarms, CCTV systems, access control systems, and fire alarms, working to the relevant standards, dealing with 50% domestic and 50% commercial customers across the North West London area.
You may already be working in an employed position, or possibly a sub-contractor looking for more security (plus pension, overtime, and holiday pay), either way you must be a qualified and experienced Intruder Alarm Engineer / Security Alarm Engineer, with good people skills and a strong work ethic.
A reliable, self-motivated and enthusiastic Alarm Engineer / Security Technician, ideally with knowledge and experience of Texecom and Risco systems, you will be methodical and technically minded, with a good understanding of electrical and electronic systems, able to work independently or as part of a team, with a flexible attitude and willingness to respond to challenge in a positive manner.
Knowledge / experience of fire alarm is not necessary as assistance will be provided to attain relevant the qualification, but you must possess a full UK driving licence.
