What skills and qualifications we expect our operatives to have?
• Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude and well-groomed with a strong customer focus.
• Disciplined and punctual
• Effective communication skills both oral and written skills
• Basic IT knowledge – Outlook and Windows. (we will train you if needed)
• CCTV Licensed (will train you if needed)
• First Aid qualified (we will train you if needed)
• Fire and safety qualified (we will train you if needed)
• CSCS card (we can train you if needed)
• Have own transport is an advantage due to possible start / finish times and locations.
Documents required:
• 5 year checkable work/career history. All applicants will be vetted in line with industry standards BS7858.
• SIA Licence
• Valid Passport or full birth certificate
• VISA if relevant
• Bank Statement/Utility bill (within last 3 months)
• Proof of national Insurance number
• Details of 2 personal references (known for 5 years or more, not related or live at same address)
Positions are available for:
RETAIL / CORPERATE / STATIC SECURITY
• 4-7 days a week available
• Hours: Various – Days / Nights / Weekends –6 to 12 hour shifts
• Rate of pay £9-£12p/h
• Paye or SELF EMPLOYED (pending circumstance)
• Must hold valid SIA licence
• Should be well disciplined and follow instruction with ease
SECURITY SUPERVISOR
• 4-7 days a week available
• Rate of pay £10.50 - £15p/h
• Paye or SELF EMPLOYED (pending circumstance)
• Must hold valid SIA licence
• Must have experience of leading the team
DOOR SUPERVISOR
• Working in prestige events/restaurant/bar/clubs/hotels and other entertaining establishments in London and surrounding areas.
• £11 to applicants with over 6 months experience
• Must be available during the weekends
• Week days shift available as well
• Paid weekly
• Must have experience in door work
• Should be well disciplined and follow instruction with ease
HEAD SUPERVISOR
• Must be available during the weekends
• Week days shift available as well
• Paid weekly
• must have experience of leading the team
• Must be confident with taking charge and giving order
• Must be able to take instruction from management and follow through effectively
• Rate of pay £12-£17 p/h
AREA MANAGER
• Must have experience of leading the team
• Must be available during the weekends
• Must be confident with taking charge and giving order
• Must be able to take instruction from management and follow through effectively
• Rate of pay depends on experience
