• Temporary and Permanent Jobs
* Understands how to use IT applications for booking management.
* Good command of the English language.
* Ability to work a flexible schedule.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
You will provide administrative support on duties as:
* Upload NEW PROPERTIES to booking platforms.
* Manage Booking enquiries.
* Out of Office Hours Check-ins ( Extra Remuneration ).
* Guest meet and great with Check-ins.
* Assistance to manage the cleaning Rota on a day to day basis.
* Maintain and adjust prices to be competitive on the market.
* Make sure presence and exposure is excellent at all the times; PICTURES and DESCRIPTIONS.
* Teamwork.
* Maintains awareness of the Apartment business in all areas and assist in other departments where necessary; this may include out of office duties.
* Deal with customer complains and Listens, apologizes with empathy, finds a solution and follows through when resolving guest problems to have that 100% Guest Satisfaction.
* Seeks opportunities to improve the guest experience by seeking feedback and developing strategies to improve the service.
* Researches local area facilities, which may be of help and interest to guests.
* Ensures that employees are up-to-date with local area knowledge (Around the Apartments).
* Provides Yes I Can! genuine hospitality and teamwork on an ongoing basis.
* Provides employees with the tools necessary to perform job responsibilities.
* Delegation: Assign tasks using techniques such as needs analysis, individual skills assessment, objective setting and communication.
* Decision-making: Improve decision making by clarifying goals, sharing perspectives, identifying options and creating a way forward.
Hours of work are Monday-Friday 10am-6pm ( Some Saturdays*, 2 per month )
