We are looking for a confident and dedicated sous chef with experience to join our team lead by excellent Italian head chef who would be his right hand.

Our restaurant is situated just minutes from Victoria station and Pimlico station, offering quality and style, a mix of modern and traditional dishes with a friendly and attentive service.
The ideal Sous Chef should have:

Current / previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef and the running a section in a busy kitchen.
Communication skills
Willingness to work and be supportive
Supervise a section of the kitchen
Ability to work under pressure
