Things Limited.are looking for SKILLED SILK SCREEN PRINT and TRAINEE staff at our site in London.
We are based at next to Hackney Wick station. 1 stop from Stratford, 4 Stops from Highbury and Islington.
We are expanding and are looking for skilled staff. 7.00-3.30 Monday to Friday. This is a fast and pressurised business and if you are not motivated by being part of a team or hard work do not apply.
Stencil Makers – The title should be ink and Stencil makers, because that’s how we do it here.
A state of the art Stencil department, with automatic cleaning and reclaim via an ESC Auto unit. You will assist the smooth running of all ink and Stencil requirements for 9 print machines. A knowledge of screen printing and an eye for colour is needed. Training will be given, it is the ‘can do’ attitude we need more than anything
M and R Automatic Print Machine Printers – We need experienced printers on all levels, who understand high quality work combined with tight deadlines. You will be operating M and R or MHM printing machines. Things are international award winning printers who will train you to a higher level.
Trainee Screen Printers – We are looking to fast track 3 or 4 individuals to work on automatic t-shirt printing machines. Training will be given. An ability to organise yourself and a small team, together with an eye for detail and possibly a craft or artistic background would be advantageous. You will be trained on how to operate a print machine and load garments, how to mix Inks and understand the different types and their uses. We will educate you on different fabrics and garment types. You will need to be numerate and have good written skills.
