Handymen with scooter required to work in London area.
This is a self employed position on call out for a lettings agency.
We are based in Earlsfield. The majority of our properties are located in SW and Central London
We have a permanent contract available for £12 per hour which will involve some removals, flat pack assembly, repairs and maintenance and checking properties for maintenance issues.
This job is available to start immediately for the right candidates.
What we require:
• Multi-skills in trades like carpentry, decorating, tiling, plastering, basic electric and basic
plumbing as well as buying materials for jobs.
• You will have to have your own tools and your own scooter (fuel allowance provided).
• Good attitude, punctuality, good communication skills.
• Own public liability insurance and right to work in the UK
• Own smartphone to update jobs.
• Excellent spoken English and good written English
• An ability to work quickly with excellent quality and be able to work alone and as part of a team on some jobs.
• CRB check.

• £12 per hour for 6 months then up to £15 per hour thereafter provided work meets expectations.
