Luxury Male Grooming Brand in Central London looking to recruit an experienced Sales Advisor to assist in our shop on Saturdays.
You will be required to help customers through the purchasing process, and it is important that you are able to build a rapport with customers and show commitment to learning about the products and company brand.
Duties:

Provide excellent customer service
Answering the telephones in store and helping with any sales, orders or queries raised.
Dealing with issues in a patient and helpful manner.
Having a positive attitude towards all dealings both towards customers and towards the business.
Looking after your sales and customers
Working as part of a team, helping colleagues and managers with any tasks that assist the successful day to day running of the business. This may include covering other areas of the business.
To assist your colleagues in ensuring the store always looks clean and tidy.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a sales or customer service environment, ideally within the Male’s Grooming or Luxury Sector.
Excellent communication skills and passion for luxury retail.
Patience and an ability to stay calm under pressure.
The ideal candidates will have a polished and professional demeanour.

Working times and benefits:

Working 1 days a week on Saturdays
Working hours are 9am-6pm
Availability to work Sundays during Christmas and Bank Holidays.
