This position is to work on Saturdays from 9:30am to 2:30am. This job will involve registering new clients details, answering the phone and driving clients to viewings and carrying out viewings (a UK driving licence is be required).
Local knowledge of Walthamstow would be a bonus, but isn’t essential. No previous experience in estate agency is required.

Because, at East and Co, we also love traditional local boozers, the pie and Mash shop, and the fruit and veg Stalls in Walthamstow market.
It’s probably something to do with Dan Reese, who set up the business in 2015. Born within the sound of Bow Bells (yes, he’s officially a Cockney), he grew up in the area and knows Walthamstow like the back of his hand. In fact, we all do. Everyone in the team lives locally so we all know what’s hot and happening in the area.
Dan cut his teeth in property development (the family business) before moving into property letting and sales in his twenties. But fed up with a certain type of estate agent with a shiny suit, waxed hair and a bad attitude, Dan set up East and Co. To give the good people of Walthamstow a completely different experience when it comes to selling or renting out a property.
