Learn new skills, improve your CV and meet new friends, whilst also helping those suffering from poverty in the UK and abroad.
We are looking for Saturday and Sunday volunteers to join our busy and dynamic Oxfam store in Enfield. We sell an array of brilliant donated items. We have a fun, welcoming and diverse team of volunteers but need you to continue our good work. We are flexible with shifts from mornings to afternoons but kindly ask for a minimum of 4 hours a week.
You will be trained on the following:
Operating the till
Creating a welcoming and tidy environment
Answering customer enquires
Assisting with merchandising clothes rails and displays
Accepting and thanking customers for their donations
Creating value for the donor and for Oxfam by asking every donor if they are signed up to Gift Aid
What are We are looking for?
Reliable and enthusiastic
Ability to work as part of a team
Willingness to learn
You do not need previous experience as we will provide all the training and support you need.

Develop your interest in a customer service role
Gain retail experience
