Salon Supervisor – Cheeky, Shoreditch

The Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Treatment Manager to join our team at Cheeky in Barber and Parlour. This is a great opportunity for someone who has experience managing or supervising a team, who is looking to develop in their career.

Candidates must passionate and knowledgeable about the spa and beauty industry.
Must have exceptional leadership skills.
Have experience managing a small to medium size team in a busy environment.
Ideal candidates will be confident and welcoming with strong customer care skills.
Company standards must be upheld at all times to the highest level and that professionalism, honesty and personal presentation is maintained at all times.

Essential Skills:

Motivate and maintain positive staff moral.
Attention to detail on all aspects of Beauty.
Maintain Hygiene Standards, Health and Safety.
Effective team management and team building.
Be financially aware of the business at all times.
