The Josh Wood Atelier, based in Holland Park, is now recruiting.
We are looking for people with the following:
experience in a busy and exclusive salon or other luxury brand essential
Ability to maintain the highest level of client services at all time
Retail sales experience 
Reception experience
Be personable and approachable
Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality at all times
Ability to predict and meet client needs at all times
Ability to work well under pressure
Ability to be flexible to meet the needs of the clients and the business
Computer skills - we use Phorest Salon Software and MS Office
Excellent presentation
Attention to detail 
Flexible and able to work a changing Rota (this role is offered on a Part Time basis initially).
Your duties will include:
Answering the phone and making appointments
Making appointments via email
Retail sales targets
Client re-book targets
Greeting clients upon arrival and seeing them out
Taking payment
Opening or closing the Atelier as per shift Rota
Cashing up
End of day financial reporting to management
