We are looking for a Salon Receptionist for our South East London based Hair Salon.
The successful applicant will have a minimum of 3 years experience in customer facing roles, be computer literate, with a confident clear telephone manner, and experience in cash handling.  He/She MUST be social media savvy; in particular we need someone who has valuable experience with Instagram and Facebook -  a portfolio of work is a must.
Duties include (but will not be limited to) -
Greeting clients, gowning/toweling, then offering beverages.
Keeping the salon tidy, assisting the stylists when required.
Tidying/cleaning the salon at the end of the day, stocking the bathroom and making preparations for the start of business the following day.
Keeping abreast with emails and missed calls.
Keeping our Social Media pages up to date with current images, videos, etc.
They will undertake training for our Mind Body System; this will enable the successful candidate to:
Create client profiles
Take bookings and cancellations
Keep profiles up to date with contact details, and any notes/info that the Stylists may need to refer to in the future.
The position will be available from mid-late February, but the chosen applicant will need to undertake a week training.
