- Learn about retail products and advising clients how to maintain salon professional hair at home.
- Full training in Estee Lauder HQ.

General duties will include:
- Assist hair stylists with the styling and colouring of client’s hair.
- Working as part of a team to provide excellence in customer service.
- Ensuring the salon is kept clean and tidy throughout the day.
- Shampoo and conditioning clients hair as well as applying treatments and colours once fully trained.
- Finishing clients hair when fully trained.
