Badais International is looking for enthusiastic self –driven and goal orientated salesperson to join our company who thinks beyond sales by building the business rather than just trying to make a sale. You will be working within a busy environment liaising with customers at all levels and engaging customer prospects order to boost profitability and customer satisfaction.
Role responsibilities
•Planning and carrying out all sales activities on assigned accounts
•Develop and maintain a customer database
•Plan and conduct direct marketing activities
•Answer telephone calls, convey messages, and reply e-mails
•Advises customers by providing information on products
•Ensure that customers are walked through the payment procedure in a professional manner
•Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships follow up on sales activity
•Process sales reports and related records
Person specification
•Passionate about sales with excellent selling and communication skills
•An extrovert candidate with great customer service experience
•Computer literate with excellent knowledge of MS Office
•Great team player
•Highly self motivated with previous experience in sales
•Confident individual who believes in own abilities, can multitask and handle difficult situations
•Time management and organizational skills
•An optimistic and self driven individual who is focused and concentrated on the task
•Excellent written and verbal skills
•Excellent listening skills. Listen more than you speak to understand customers needs
•Preferably florist background but not necessary
•Hold a clean Drivers license
