We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our busy team in a busy Estate Agents as a Sales Support.

Responsibilities

Deal with enquiries from online portals and telephone for applicants wanting to view properties currently being market.
Book appointments for sales team
Increase the office market share and promote brand awareness.
Generate new and repeat business opportunities for valuations, instructions, viewings and sales.
Liaise and negotiate between tenants and Landlords.
Support sales team in hitting company target.
Delivering leaflets to residential properties to generate new business.
Build and maintain excellent working relationships with buyers and vendors.
Demonstrate high standards of professionalism and provide a first class level of customer service at all times.
