Host/Boutique Assistant
We are looking for number of Sales Support Assistants/Hosts to join High Luxury Retail Brands
You will be representing the brands by providing customers with personalized and outstanding client services. You will act as the first point of contact as Clients enter the store. In addition you will support the sales team with their tasks and achieve their targets while focusing on providing exemplary customer service.
Responsibilities:
· Greeting and directing customers to sales assistants
· Ensuring that clients are served and assisted as they enter the store
· Offering the clients refreshments
· Keeping the boutique representable throughout the day
· Support the sales team in achieving the sales targets
· Fulfilling company operations and procedures
Key requirements:
· High end customer service skills
· Excellent communication skills
· Self-motivation, energetic
· Promotional and sales skills to help improve sales targets
· Product and Brand knowledge
Key Skills:
· Customer service-Hosting
· Knowledge of retail operations
· Flexibility in scheduling
· Ability to speak a second language is an advantage
