Established over 30 years ago, Renbake Patisserie now is a thriving patisserie supplying to the airline, catering, retail markets and specialises in cakes, desserts and breads.
We are looking for a talented, high energy individual who wants to be part of a growing company and is confident enough to live by their talent and results, to work in a Sales positions within our company (based in North London).
You will be responsible for generating new businesses and growing existing accounts in a highly-productive, inside sales environment. A strong candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, consistent work ethic and a desire to be a part of a fast growing and exciting company.
We provide a base plus commission salary, pension and no cap on your potential earnings.
We will provide product training and ongoing support.

Responsibilities :
• Place outbound phone calls (cold calling) to set appointments to initiate the sales process on behalf of our customers
• Meet with the appointed clients
• Continuous prospecting through various data sources
We are looking for someone who:
• Is interested in building upon their successful track record in sales
• Has an out-going, dynamic personality
• Has a “can do” attitude and loves to be challenged
• Has previous experience in the food or pastry industry
• Has exceptional written, verbal, phone and presentation skills
• Has ability to quickly learn new processes
• Is IT proficient
• Has ability to work under pressure, organise and prioritise responsibilities
• Has full, clean driving licence and enjoy being 'on-the-road'
