Caledonia Lettings are looking for a switched-on person to take on a big role in a small team, either part-time or full-time. We’re a property Startup working hard to take the fuss out of London Renting. Your role is to sell the rooms and lifestyle Caledonia Lettings has to offer, facilitate the smooth running of the properties and assist the tenants throughout their tenancy.
You will ideally have 1 to 2 years experience in sales and/or property management. We will teach you everything you need to know about Caledonia Lettings. What’s most important is that you are full of energy, motivated to learn, have a team player mentality and are looking for a varied role.
Your role:
Sell any empty rooms and keep number of void rooms to a minimum.
Manage social media presence for Caledonia lettings.
Manage advertising and filling the rooms available in the various Caledonia properties.
Manage referencing, contract creation, deposits and on-boarding processes for all tenants.
Organise and attend viewings in response to advertisement.
Organise (and attend) socials for the Caledonia tenants.
Answer tenants and prospective tenants queries via phone and email during the day and in the event of emergencies follow up on new enquiries in the evenings and during the week end.
Answer tenant’s queries and organise relevant maintenance as and when needed.
Organise cleaners, supplies deliveries and maintenance contractors for all the properties.
Manage the customer journey as they are on-boarded, care for them and ensure they have all the information they need as we move through the process.
Always wear your ‘organised’ cap to support tenants throughout the tenancy and liaise with the rest of the team to make sure the customers receive the best service possible.

A natural people-person who can build great relationships and connect with both current and potential tenants.
Sales orientated and target driven.
An organised, tenacious and energetic personality, with a relentlessly positive attitude.
Enjoy working to sales targets.
Keen to find the best fit for the tenants and ensure all the properties are full at all times.
An interest in the world of property management, and improving living in London for young professionals.
Enjoy socialising and meeting new people.
A ‘Google-first; ask afterwards’ mentality- we need a fast-learner who can think independently but also ask for help when they need it!
A team player who is happy to help out wherever needed - we are a Startup after all, and sometimes we need all hands on deck!
Tech-confident and happy using a variety of tools to manage several projects at once.
experience in project management, property management and/or sales are a bonus.
