Alex Neil currently have a position available for an experienced Sales Progressor to join our fast expanding team.
We have been a leading and reputable Estate Agent in property market throughout London since 1984. We have three branches based in London. Currently, our well-established offices include: Bow, Surrey Quays and Canary Wharf.
Candidate:
You will work closely with the Sales teams and manager to ensure they are kept up to date with the progression of sales and make sure the process continues to run smoothly. You will be required to liaise with Vendors, Purchasers, Solicitors, Surveyors as well as other Estate Agents involved in the chain and make sure the conveyancing process is carried out smoothly and efficiently.
You will need to have experience within the Property Industry or a sales environment as a Progressor.
Your communications skills and interpersonal skills will need to be impeccable; being able to demonstrate good listening and questioning skills.
You will need to be confident at asking the right questions to establish key information to help complete the transaction.
Responsibilities:
Carry out 'introduction’ calls with all clients to agree exchange deadlines, advice of forecasted completion dates and to confirm conditions of sale at pivotal points.
Carry out thorough weekly updates on all related sales and chains with Estate Agents and Solicitors.
Build up a good relationship with the Vendor/Purchaser as they should see you as their main point of contact for all progression related matters.
Liaise between buyer and seller. Gain feedback from the buyer and update our client, the seller regularly.
Maintain strong working relationships with local solicitors and third parties.
Carry out a pipeline check.
Deal with surveys bookings and advise negotiators on renegotiation.
Send out all letters (emails) regarding the property transaction; from the outset through to the completion status.

Estate Agency experience
Sales Progression experience
Impeccable Customer service skills
Team player
Able to work closely with all members of the team and all parties related to the progression of the sale.
Organised and compliant; make sure all checks are completed in relation to the sale; ID, financial information and data protection.
