On-line fashion company is looking for an experienced telesales person to
sell our hot fashion products along with additional creative email and
online opportunities.
The successful candidates will be responsible for making high quality calls,
engaging in conversation, identifying potential business opportunities,
influencing interest in their products and obtaining good quality
appointments for the sales team.
Candidate will be responsible for:
-Developing strong business relationships with existing and new
customers
-Actively work on opening new accounts
-Analyse and interpret customer buying pattern,
create reports based on sales performance.
-Able to input accurate data in a timely fashion
-Manage Flash Sales and Drop ship account effectively and
efficiently.
-Resolve escalated queries and take actions to prevent re-occurrence
The successful Telesales Executive you will have the following skills and
experience:
* Min of 6 months previous telesale experience
* Good attitude and work ethic
* Excellent communications skills and telephone manner
* Consultative sales approach
* Highly self-motivated, hard-working and confident
* Professional with good business acumen
* B2B sales experience
* IT literate
