We supply Tombstones and Monuments for Burials and Cremations and have been successfully trading for 188 years. As a family business, we are owner operated.
We are a close-knit company and we are looking for someone who has a great work ethic and is able to provide a high level of customer service complete with professionalism, courteousness, respect, integrity and empathy.
We require a temporary Sales Administrator from March to August 2022 in our Camberwell office to provide an efficient and professional sales admin support, working closely with the Tooting Head Office to help increase sales and promote our brand and products.
Responsibilities include:
· Answering phone calls, raising and sending out quotations.
· Provide any secretarial assistance to the business, by producing letters, memos, reports, spreadsheets, filing and general administration.
· Processing new sales leads, data entry and keeping track of sales targets.
· Excellent customer care skills.
· Good written and verbal English.
· Accuracy and attention to detail.
· Good organisational, computer and keyboard skills.
· An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
· An ability to work proactively, independently and as part of a team.
· Checking stock, organizing deliveries, re-ordering supplies.
· Providing after-sales support.
We are seeking someone with the following attributes:
· 12 Months experience sales
· Computer literate in Microsoft Suite with good awareness of social media/ website usage.
· GCSE In English and Maths ,G.C.S.E or O level Qualification; Customer Relations/ Service NVQ’s.
· Possess excellent administration skills. Be efficient and organised with the ability to multi task and prioritise.
· Clear, concise communication and customer focus skills demonstrating an ability to show individual attention as well the talent to adjust behaviour to handle difficult clients.
· Commitment, to deliver maximum service quality, good attitude and a desire to be helpful, friendly, considerate and honest with the ability to act with empathy and compassion.
· Reliable with excellent time-keeping.
· Calm under pressure and able to work to tight deadlines and sometimes with short lead.
