With three highly successful venues and enormous plans for UK and global growth, Bounce are recruiting for a part time Sales Oracle to join the success story!THE ROLEThe ORACLE position at BOUNCE is to be the in-venue face of the brand, entertaining and interacting with clients around their tables and the bar, giving tips on fun Ping pong games, engaging customers in conversation and relationship building for the following purposes:* Enhancing the guest experience through entertainment* Sharing tips on fun games and information about all Bounce has to offer* Obtaining strong sales leads from existing customer baseA standard shift would be 6pm until 10pmKEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:* Be the 'Face' of Bounce: entertain and interact with clients around their tables during busy evenings; giving tips on fun games and Ping pong skills* Run the popular 'Games Table' - challenging large groups of guests and awarding Winners* Add value to the guest experience through the sharing of games knowledge, humour, photographs and social media sharing* Be the most noticeable presence in the venue. Loud, positive, attracting attention across the venues* Work on building relationships with customers and recognising strong lead generation opportunities.* Maintain a healthy level of data collection from business card/lead information and building social media network* Monitor lead conversion success within sales team* Take charge of the 'Bounce Oracle' social media accounts, taking pictures with guests and uploading live on Instagram, for the purpose of growing an audience* Be self-motivated, always looking for new things to do to interact positively with guestsESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:* A background in generating leads and approaching strangers confidently* A naturally fun individual with the ability to attract the attention of others through having strong, compelling and authentic presence* Good Ping pong skills (or the ability to pick up skills quickly) and a love for the game* Familiar with effective use of social media platforms* Resilient, thick skinned, confident and impervious to rejection* Energetic, transparent character with an authentic open demeanour* Guest / customer focused with the ability to build effective customer relations* An opportunist that actively seeks any advantage to make sales* Equipped with a positive attitude to work, collaborating closely with team members and other departments to ensure that Bounce is the best it can bePROVIDED:* Excellent rates of hourly pay, plus commission* Shift meals* An amazing team of colleagues.
