A unique opportunity for a motivated, self-starter to assist in the growth of an established boutique home care agency rapidly expanding in London and surrounding counties.
We are seeking a confident, engaging, articulate individual to help drive sales and manage client satisfaction.
Your main duties will be:

Establishing new relationships with lead generators within the industry, and carefully manage existing ones to maximize new leads.
Managing new enquiries from initial contact right up to implementation of care.
Liaising with existing clients in all matters relating to customer satisfaction and additional sales.
Chair regular meetings with directors providing progress reports and discussing strategies moving forward.

Requirement:

Previous experience in the care sector is essential.
An NVQ or other Health and Social Care qualification is beneficial, but not essential.
