Home Fullstop an independent estate agency based in Marylebone W1 requires an enthusiastic Sales Negotiator to join the team.
The individual must be well presented, articulate, a good communicator and able to liaise with clients and applicants confidently and professionally. Previous experience within an estate agency is preferable, must have a driving license as he will have the use of the company car for viewings and client meetings.
Duties include:
Assisting in increasing market share
Call through archive applicants
Dealing with enquiries and booking appointments
Carrying out viewings
Negotiating and closing deals
Client and applicant liaison
Updating and maintaining websites
Responsibility for marketing/advertising
To be aware of future opportunities that will enable the office to expand
Salary: annual salary plus commission.
