We are the UK’s fastest growing estate agent and currently have a fantastic opportunity for a sales negotiator based in the KT 1-8 postcode area (Kingston, Surbiton, Thames Ditton, New Malden, Worcester Park ETC).
This will be a home based role with travel required to visit customers/attend viewings.
Hours: TBC - however the majority of appointments will be booked for the evenings and weekends.
What the job will involve:

Attending viewings and following up

The ideal candidate will be:

Exceptional at customer service, both face to face and via phone and email.

Reliable and able to get on with the job without supervision.

A quick thinker and able to problem solve.

Driven, focused and organised

Sales ability to maximize opportunities and earnings.

Have a full driving license, car and laptop/computer to use for work.

Estate agency/sales experience preferred.

Must be based in the KT postcode area (ideally central Kingston/Surbiton ETC).
