If you feel comfortable in a corporate environment then you won’t fit at HJC and we are all about fitting our people in. Previous experience tells us the corporate candidate likes a place to hide. There should be no fear if you come here that you would ever need to hide. Corporate also likes to make things up and tell stories. We don’t do that. We are transparent. You should be motivated but not necessarily by financial reward. Our team thrive on the thrill of the kill. So winning the instruction, agreeing the sale, landing the exchange. The rewards will always follow if the performance is there.
The role is:
Sales negotiator with a view to becoming manager in two years.
OTE £35-40K depending on experience
There is no company car nor car allowance.
Holidays are 21 days (Additional day after two years). We do not work bank holidays.
Office hours Monday – Thursday 9 – 6
Friday 9 – 5
Alternate Saturdays with a day in lieu
