At Hurford Salvi Carr we are currently looking to recruit a Property Sales Negotiator to come and join our team based in our office in Docklands, London. The successful candidate will join us on a full time, permanent basis and will receive a competitive salary with commission based on the candidates experience.

Key responsibilities of our Sales Negotiator
In this role you will be expected to register new applicants on the Reapit and Hero database whilst also maintaining/updating the database, keeping records on applicants and ensuring feedback is recorded for Vendors. Duties will also include booking and carrying out viewings, building relationship with applicants and you will be expected to achieve targets in net sales/exchanged sales.
Other duties as our Sales Negotiator will include:
- Negotiating offers under the direction of the Sales Manager and communicating with all sales team members.
- Sales progression - keeping all parties well informed. Liaising with both legal representatives during the transaction and keeping records of progress.
- Gaining valuations and looking after potential vendors to actively promote company brand.
- Distributing marketing material and assisting with canvassing.
- Dealing with customer enquiries.
Skills and experience required of our Sales Negotiator
Candidates should ideally have 2-3 years’ experience working in Docklands or East London in a residential sales environment, have their own car and be ready to progress their career as a Sales Negotiator. Candidates must be enthusiastic, well presented, confident, polite, possess first class communication skills and demonstrate a passion for property and a determination to succeed.
Other requirements:
- Must be customer service orientated, good people skills
- Financially driven with a motive to earn
- Hard working
- Organised
- Focused and competitive
- Excellent work ethic – punctual and reliable
We will also provide an incentivised salary package that rewards success plus a generous car allowance.
