We are looking for an ambitious individual who is looking to work in a busy Sales Environment of a Property Consultancy Firm. In this internship training program, participants will be offered the opportunity to learn about the sales industry from a team of experienced sales staff. The role would include the following.
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing tenants, Calling and qualifying applicants, Answering calls, Assisting clients attending the office, Maintaining a property database, Managing sales staff diaries, Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales, Gathering market and customer information, Representing our company at student fairs, events and exhibitions, Maintaining and updating sales pipeline, Liaising with the admin team on a regular basis, Reviewing your own sales performance, against targets as you gain experience,
Please note - This is an unpaid full-time position where we will be paying towards your travel and meal expenses only. However, you will also have the opportunity to earn some commission and bonus as well.
