We are a growing luxury furniture retailer called Darlings of Chelsea, looking for a positive, intelligent, eloquent person to join the team at Darlings of Chelsea. We are based on Fulham High Street.
The role is varied and includes the following:
Consulting with your clients and helping them with their interiors - colours, fabrics, sofa and bed shapes etc.(an interest and experience in Interior Design is a help but not essential)
Managing your clients from taking their order, to raising their invoice, liaising with the manufacturer, right through to delivery of the product in their home.
Checking orders and helping out with other administration task to help with the smooth running of the business.
Liasing with customer services on complaints should one arise with one of your clients.
Logistics - liasing with delivery companies
Hours:
Tuesday to Saturday (Tuesday 9-6, Weds 9-6, Thursday 9-6, Friday 9-5, Saturday 10 to 5)
Pay:
£20,000 basic plus commission (On Target Earnings around £25,000)
