Sales Executive / Property Sales Consultant / Property Sales / Property Sales Executive with a minimum of 1 years' experience in property sales is needed for our client, a specialist property agent working across Asia, Middle East, Europe, and the UK. They currently acquire and dispose of properties for a wide range of clients, as well as let and manage properties across London. They also work with a number of high level developers to ensure their clients get the best opportunities for their investments as well as personal use. As part of their expansion in the UK, they are currently recruiting 2 property sales executives to be based in London, who will be managing the acquisition and disposal of properties from start of contact through completion of sale. You will also support letting and every day property management of their clients' investments. Our client is looking for people who can maintain a high level of professionalism with customers whilst building a rapport. They are looking for people with entrepreneurial skills who can make the role their own. As part of the role you will be expected to support larger operations with the Asset Management company. The role will also include travel opportunities to both Middle East and Asia, where they have offices/partners and hold events to maximize their opportunities and build their client database. Responsibilities:Approaching sales leads Updating clients throughout the transaction and being a main point of contact Sale assessment of properties Meeting the exchange and completion deadlines Ensuring targets are met Updating various spreadsheets and databases accurately Updating in house system with data (property Base / Zoopla)Reviewing contracts and documentation Liaising with tenants and managing agents Key Skills / experience:Property sales experience - minimum 1 year (essential)Administration experience Knowledge of Excel Can-do attitude Customer service experience Driven and motivated Excellent time management and organisation skills Excellent written and spoken English Ideally a second language for China (desirable) Salary / Benefits:£20,000 to £23,000 pa basic DOE, OTE circa £50,000Uncapped commission Yearly bonus depending on company performance Great office location in Central London Travel opportunities Work Hours:37.5 hours per week Occasional Saturdays (dependent on client requirements)Flexible approach Please forward your CV for immediate consideration.
