Travelfusion, a leading global ecommerce travel technology platform with 250 + airline integrations and hundreds of the leading online leisure and business agencies and travel Meta-search sites customers, are seeking an enthusiastic junior Sales Executive.
The job presents a great opportunity to learn the process of enlisting new customers - from identifying targets and initiating discussions, analysing requirements and devising ways to meet them, all the way up to commercial negotiations and customer onboarding. You will also be acquiring ample knowledge of the Travel business ecosystem and the solutions which our company provides while working with savvy stakeholders both internally and externally.
You will be a proactive and organized individual who is able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, particularly on the phone and via emails. You will be a dynamic team player and able to multi-task. You'll be reliable and thorough. You are a fast learner able to communicate complex technical products and with strong intellect. As you will have exposure to real-time systems and services - discretion and confidentiality is a must.
Required Skills and experience:
- Excellent communication skills in English - spoken and written
- Good performance in meetings and face-to-face
- Great interpersonal skills and self-confidence
- Resourcefulness and Proactiveness
- Ability to learn fast and work under pressure
- Background in Travel and/or IT is a bonus
- Good reporting skills - Good working knowledge of Spreadsheets
- Well organized and flexible
- Client focused
- Good attention to details
- Technical understanding of IT solutions - an advantage.
- Demonstrate a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.
- Commercial experience in a similar support role - an advantage
