We are looking for individuals to help us grow our iconic collection and delivering memorable experiences for our guests.
We are recruiting for a Sales Coordinator to work with us at the St Pancras Grand Restaurant and Champagne Bar.

Main Purpose:
To co-ordinate and provide sales support to the team so that all events run smoothly and successfully
What we are looking for:
• Proven experience in sales; experience as a Sales Coordinator
• Excellent Attention to detail
• Organised approach to workload
• Supportive team player
• Works well under pressure
• Excellent communication skills
• A passion for food and drink
Job role expectations:
• To help the sales team coordinating events for the venue
• To ensure enquiries and complaints from clients are responded to in a timely manner
• To take incoming enquiries(when required) in accordance with Searcy standards and procedures
• To meet with clients to discuss event requirements
• To ensure all administration and payment processes are followed in accordance with company procedures
• To produce clear and concise function sheets in accordance with company standards and procedures
• To conduct show rounds (when required)
