Sales Consultant Support Job

Would you like to be part of a fast expanding estate agency company based in Oxford Circus?
We are currently seeking an individual to provide support and administrative backup to our team of Property Consultants.
Your role is a vital part in both the sales and lettings process, ensuring all of the necessary paperwork is completed on time and that our consultants are properly supported so that we can continue to provide the highest possible level of service to all of our clientele.

Enjoy working in a friendly and fast paced team.
Duties :
• oversee the front desk, provide executive assistant functions as well as agent services.
• This person will help assist the Team Leader in developing and delivering recruiting strategies,
• assist with communicating with agents for recruiting and retention.
• Essential talents and skills include:
o answering multiple phone lines with warmth and friendliness;
o maintaining office supplies, machines and overall tidiness;
• assisting agents with office resource needs; and other duties as assigned.
• the on-boarding and retention systems for the agents in our brokerage,
• contribute to event planning and lead with passion and creatively attack obstacles and hurdles.
• help agents acclimate to Keller Williams' systems, tools and technology.
• Assist agents in meeting personal goals
• The candidate must have a deep desire to help others.
The ideal candidate will possess the following behavioural traits:
• proactively handle challenging people and/or situations,
• be able to multi-task,
• have a high level of empathy and consideration of others,
• establish/nurture personal relationships, and keep calm under pressure.
• Must be computer efficient, including Microsoft Office - to include Publisher, Word, Excel, Power Point; social media savvy;
• possess excellent phone skills, strong verbal and written communication skills plus an ability to display grace and professionalism.
• This person will assist with data entry ( incl invoices)and digital file maintenance.
• The successful candidate will be energetic and a flexible self-starter with a positive attitude who enjoys working in a team environment.
experience in the residential real estate agency is essential.
( This position is initially to provide Maternity cover but we expect it to become a permanent position.)
