Job Description
Provide customers with the best quality service. Identifying and fulfilling their needs, demonstrate excellent product knowledge, maximising on all sale opportunities.
Act as a brand ambassador, able to communicate your passion for the brand and its products.
Develop and maintain customer relationship, working to grow your own customer database and communicate regularly with your clients.
Work with the rest of the team to achieve set targets and KPI’s.
Participate in all aspects of smooth running of the shop floor including replenishment, housekeeping, stock auditing etc.
Applicant profile:
Relevant luxury fashion retail experience, lingerie experience a bonus.
Excellent customer service
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be fluent in English, additional languages a bonus.
Team-player who is reliable, flexible and hard working.
