Client overwiewA luxury department are looking for a Mandarin speaking "Sales Consultant" with an existing client book into the department store in Mayfair. Responsibilities.
Delivering exceptional customer service and building customer loyalty to the brand. Driving sales, through the delivery of reliable product knowledge and service skills.Our ideal candidate will be agile, professional and used to adapting your sales approach to suit different clients and brand  needs. Maintain high presentation standards within the store at all times. Support the management team in part taking in administrative tasks.Act as a brand ambassador, resulting in a positive brand experience for the customer at all times. Driving sales in store and ensuring site profitability. Keeping up with current trends, including competitor analysis.
Key Qualifications
MUST have minimum 3-5 years of luxury sales experience Must be fluent English, with a Preferred Mandarin Fantastic selling and excellent communication skills Confident, articulate and expressive Impeccable personal presentation, proactive, self-motivated.
