Duties
To provide excellent customer service at all times.
To conduct own bridal appointments in accordance with Bridal training.
To ensure a follow up with brides and post sale service is first class.
To manage administration of documentation for own and colleagues brides.
To manage the appointment diary
To achieve sales targets
