London2Live is a property management company which finds accommodation for young foreigners coming to London for few months.
We are looking for a new letting Consultant that will be able to join us as soon as possible.
The job will be in letting sales and administration.
You would be in charge of:
-Finding new customers, do the viewing of the properties, negotiate the conditions
-Finalizing the sale
-Administration tasks and office work.
This is a full time job, we are looking for a person with strong interpersonal skills as you would be in constant contact with the customers and we expect you to be able to work in team as well as individually.
We need someone who speaks fluent French and has an intermediate level of English (being able to have a conversation in English).
Any other languages will be appreciated.
The salary would be a basic with commissions.
The working days and hours are from Monday to Friday, from 11am to 6.30pm.
The office is in Central London, in front of West Kensington Station.
WE DO NOT REQUIRE ANY SPECIFIQUE experience.
