Mosaiqe, a new East London start-up that crafts watches from natural woods, is looking for sales staff for their pop-up stores/stands.
Using ethically sourced exotic woods from around the world we create unique and original watches with distinct design features which appeal to most character traits and complements most styles. For every watch sold we plant 5 trees.
The role will involve:
- Setting up Stalls
- Selling on Stalls using Vend payment app to process transactions
- Packing down Stalls and carrying out a stock count
- Recording market research data
- Returning ipads and card readers to our showroom
- If you are in the showroom you may be required to contribute to online marketing tasks.
- Stalls are located in Covent Garden, Brick Lane, Old Spitafields, Camden and Portobello Market. You can be placed at any of the locations.
In the summer this will also involve attending festivals.
The current rates we pay are:
Mon-Friday - £7.50 per hour
Saturday -Sun - £8.75 per hour
We are looking for outgoing people with proven interpersonal and sales skills to work at our various pop-up stands between Monday to Sunday and will be selling our new collection of handcrafted timepieces. Most shifts are on the weekend.
- You must have previous sales experience.
- Speak English fluently - this is absolutely essential.
- Very outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic.
- Background in performing arts and sustainable/ethical projects is desirable.
This is a very people focused role, which requires you communicate with charisma, energy and clarity to different people. You must be capable of holding good conversations with people.

General hours are 8:30am to 7pm (depending on the market, you may be asked to start later or finish slightly later).
