London2Live is a property management who finds accommodations for young foreigners coming to London for few months.
We are looking for a new letting Consultant that will be able to join us as soon as possible.
The job will be in letting sales and administration.
You would be in charge of:
-Finding new customers, do viewing of the properties, negotiate the conditions
-Finalize the sale
-Administration tasks and office work.
This is a full time job, we are looking for a person with strong interpersonal skills as you would be in contact with the customers and we expect you to be able to work in team as well as individually.
We are looking for a person who speaks fluent Italian and has an intermediate level of English (being able to have a conversation in English).
Any other languages will be appreciated.
The salary would be a low base with commissions.
The working days and hours are from Monday to Friday, from 11am to 6.30pm.
The office is in Central London, in West Kensington.
