We are established Flooring Retail Business in Orpington. To support fast business growth we are looking for organised and enthusiastic Sales Assistant, who will be keen to learn and growth with the business.
Responsibilities:
Work under support of our experienced Sales Manager and provide help and assistant in day to day tasks, including:
* Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a shop floor.
* Manage company online eBay shop, including creating and listings products on eBay.
* Manage customers orders and ensure orders dispatched on time and system updated.
* Pack customers orders
* Liaise with courier companies to arrange collections of orders ready to dispatched.
* Conduct regular price checks to ensure our prices remain competitive.
* Regular stock check, liaise with suppliers in placing stock orders.
* Timely respond to customer enquiries via email/phone.
* Resolve issues related to eBay product listings, customer orders and deliveries.
* Monitor and reply to customer's feedback.
* Ensure effective communication with the management team at all times.
* Continually develop stock knowledge and promotions throughout the store.
* If required provide support to other teams.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate following skills:
* Customer service skills: good interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written English skills.
* Excellent computer skills, competent in MS Excel.
* Knowledge of eBay store is advantage, but training will be provided.
* Highly organised, task oriented
* Ability to work under pressure
* Respect and follow company processes and procedures.
* Energetic and Enthusiastic and keen to learn.
