Sales and Training Manager - London region (field based)
Are you a talented field sales account manager working in the organic, wholesale or independent food industry or a wellbeing environment? Do you aspire to work in a field-based face to face sales position for a purposeful, sustainable and growing ethical brand? Pukka Herbs are looking for a Sales and Training Manager to play a key role in our Field Sales team.
This is a permanent full-time role that covers the territory of central and north London, primarily within the M25. This role is field based, however you do not need a car to make this the perfect role for you! To support this rapid growth, we are looking for a passionate Sales and Training Manager to join our field sales team.
About our Sales and Training Manager role
Pukka's uncompromising stance on quality and sustainability makes it an easy sell to our UK independent shop customers. Product complexity along with limits about what we can say mean there's a massive training element so educating and informing consumers can take place in store.
You'll be responsible for owning and cultivating the territory with the aim of growing sales through long term partnerships. Our Field Sales team are ambassadors for Pukka, capable of focusing on both supplements and tea ranges so you'll have a unique opportunity to grow your knowledge and skills selling and training across our entire range of products.
In this unique role you'll build momentum and drive new business in the region. You'll cultivate and develop exceptional and long term "Pukka" relationships with your accounts to surpass business targets, operate as an account manager, undertake planning activity with key accounts, and identify growth opportunities. A key element of the role will be to educate and upskill your customers with insightful and targeted training to ensure your customers are giving the best quality advice everyday.
About you
You will have demonstrable B2B sales or account management experience and ideally have gained this experience in a health or wellbeing environment. It's important to us that you understand nutrition, the power of plants and complementary practices, so ideally you'll have qualifications, practice, or a demonstrable interest in this area, to include Naturopathy or Nutrition.
You'll be incredibly self-motivated and able to sustain energy and enthusiasm in a remote setting. A natural relationship builder, you'll have exceptional communication and influencing skills, have an ability to develop product training and create healthy and lasting relationships.
Passionate about Pukka and everything we stand for, you'll be keen to work and flourish in a fast-paced environment, whilst keeping a calm head and being unflappable under pressure.
