The role: Sales and Marketing Manager
Responsible for the development and performance of all sales and marketing activities in assigned markets. Working directly with the Managing Director, the successful candidate will be tasked to help achieve the company goals and the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing and sales areas and contributes to the development of customer base.
Responsibilities:
• Carry out all estimating and tendering within an effective/timely and successful manner, ensuring an achievable satisfactory margin return.
• Develops a business plan and marketing strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
• Provide market analysis of rare speciality coffee market highlighting movements of key advertisers and competitors
• Responsible for the development of sales and marketing target markets.
• Prepares action plans by individuals for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
• Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
• Assists in the development and implementation of sales plans as needed.
• Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
• Creates and conducts proposal presentations.
• A good team work player
• Deal with suppliers and process payments
• Process and dispatch orders
• Update website and marketing database
Minimum Qualifications:
• 2 years relevant work experience in sales or marketing function with strong technical abilities and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• French and Italian speaking and Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal
Ideal Candidate:
• French and Italian speaking and Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ideally from either a luxury FMCG (Fast-moving consumer goods ) or F and B background
• Have a creative selling capability
• Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends.
• Can adapt to the many different situations that they will come across in the industry.

• Computer Literacy in Microsoft Office and PhotoShop
Location: Greenwich Borough ( Woolwich Arsenal )
Start Date: Seeking immediate start
Hours: 9am -5pm
Holidays: 28 days
Salary: £25,000 pa plus Commission + performance bonus (review after 3 months)
