** Sales and Marketing Manager **
WePop is a London based bar and events company with a varied portfolio of projects ranging from pop up bar concepts, pop up venue residencies, nightlife enclosures at high end sporting events and a one day music festival.
Wherever we operate we strive to produce memorable customer experiences and build brand loyalty through our events and online interaction.
Job Spec:
We are looking for a motivated, driven and creative individual to drive event pre-sales/bookings as well as aid in general day to day marketing and managing customer facing elements at specific, key events. The role will also include some duties assisting management in day to day operations of the business.
The ideal candidate will:
* Have excellent initiative and be an effective problem solver who can think on their feet
* Have previous experience in a hospitality sales role
* Have excellent telephone manner and interactivity
* Be able to manage their own time in an effective way without the need of being given specific tasks
* Be extremely proficient in all social media platforms with at least a basic knowledge in social media advertising
* Be well presented and confident in a customer facing environment when required
* Have a full UK driving license and access to their own vehicle (not essential but preferred)
** Day to day tasks **
Social media management:
Updating social media channels, interacting online with customers, maintaining our social presence and constantly improving our social reach.
Sales:
Driving sales to our diverse schedule of events by managing incoming and outgoing sales correspondence. Utilising our database of previous customers, building new leads and overseeing bookings.
Concept development:
Joining brainstorm sessions for new and existing concepts, brands and events and bringing ideas to the table to help improve menus, branding, decor, etc.
Day to day admin and assistance:
Responsible for basic admin tasks within the office and generally assisting the directors in the day to day operation of the business.
