An exciting opportunity has arisen at PROUD’s office: we are looking for a Sale's and Marketing Manager to maximize and develop our existing highly-performing sales team.

JOB ROLE:
Sales and Business Development
• Management of data regarding CRM, booking diary and pre-order systems
• Responding to customers via both our CRM system, Nudge, email and telephone, management of a busy email Inbox – must be Computer proficient with an emphasis on Excel and working with data
• Maintain and update IT systems daily to ensure efficiency and focus on conversion.
• Some reporting will be required so proficiency with excel is required
• The successful candidate will be able to multitask and deal with a large volume of incoming enquires – Organisation is key to the success of this role.
• Develop new and existing relationships with business contacts and 3rd parties
• Attend weekly sales and marketing meetings
• Converting enquiries into sales and working to a daily revenue targets
Marketing
• Ability to extract valuable, targeted data to support the marketing team’s activity
• Creation of marketing material to promote special offers and drive interest in the business’s offerings, including management of Facebook adverts/campaigns and content
• experience in social media platforms such as: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram plus experience in building e-shots, word press and website maintenance
• Report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
• Meeting with 3rd party promoters in order to expand the portfolio of events that the business currently offers
Events
• Take ownership of hires at our Proud East venue, including weddings
• Maintain and update the events pipeline for Proud East, ensuring targets are met
• Produce proposals in line with company policy and conduct venue show arounds with prospective clients
PERSONAL SPECIFICATION
A strong, hard worker with a logical mind who is pro-active and uses their initiative.
At least 1 Years’ experience in Sales and Marketing.
Someone who works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional organisational and people skills.
Strong Telephone manner.
Proven Administration and PC Skills.
Excellent communication skills plus comfortable communicating with senior members of the Proud Group, including the CEO as well as external companies.
Driven with a strong work ethic to go above and beyond.

Salary: £25,000.00 to £29,000.00 /year.
