Position:
Sales and Marketing Coordinator.
Job Description:
Positive forward thinking applicants with a can-do attitude are required for Red Farm in London, a renowned New York restaurant company with Asian cuisine. Due to open in late autumn this will be the first of several UK sites.
All candidates should have UK/EU passport or un-restricted, indefinite leave to remain.
Position Responsibilities:
• Achieve monthly revenue and cover targets for restaurant.
• Achieving 40% pre-booked business through large groups and restaurant bookings.
• Finding new corporate clients and networking to generate events and group booking revenue.
• Identifying corporate sales opportunities.
• Manage all corporate enquiries.
• Introduce a corporate sales strategy.
• Build corporate database and build relationships with travel agencies, event companies and PR’s.
• Achieve monthly appointment venue targets.
• Oversee all corporate functions / events - from proposal up to delivery.
• Host PR corporate cocktail parties/ corporate events at the venue.
• Communicate all promotional activity to corporate client database.
• Complete monthly Corporate Sales Activity Reports.
• Feedback any issues from events on weekly basis to a GM/Operations Director.
• Coordinate all function sheets in a timely manner.
• Attend Management Meeting when required to present results.
• Feedback competition activity.
• Proactively target appropriate clientele from events taking place in area.
• Be present in the bars and restaurants networking with guests.
• Highlight key hotels and build relationships with them and the outlets.
• Manage ongoing marketing and promotion of venue to include marketing materials and point of sale, email marketing and SMS and oversee social media activity.
• Ensure all marketing communication is up to date.
• Work with third party partners to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Liaise with relevant media to gain publicity for venue.
• Ensure that any Marketing or PR opportunities are maximized to the benefit of the venue
