About Us:
The Lamb Tavern embraces three different style businesses under the same roof. We would love for you to join our large friendly team. You could be an experienced member of waiting staff in the dining room, where your knowledge of wine will grow extensively everyday. You could learn to make and serve Charcuterie boards in Old Tom's Bar. Our main bar team work in the fastest paced environment and here you get to chat with the local office workers and share your success with a likeminded group of individuals. The Lamb Tavern has been a part of the tapestry of the City of London since 1780. In our main bar area, customers can choose from an extensive selection of cask Ales, wines and spirits and ease away the stress of the city in our relaxed environment. Every day we have designated staff, our #Thirstaiders, serving in the marketplace and bring the drinks to our customers. Looking out over Leadenhall Market, our famous dining room serves great seasonal British food with spectacular and unique views over the cobblestones. Old Tom’s Bar specialises in a unique collection of British cheese and charcuterie, coupled with our fantastic range of craft Beers, there’s something for every appetite.

What we look for in a Sales and Marketing Coordinator:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team in our stylish, food focused pub. As the successful Sales and Marketing Coordinator you will have a genuine passion for exceptional customer service and a pro-active approach to driving sales through creative digital marketing ideas, events and face to face with our customers past, present and future.
You will be enthusiastic and driven to continue the success of our pub and generate opportunities to continue growth through engagement with our customers and the team. You will be able to create and deliver quarterly marketing plans, including event ideas, digital marketing strategies and market research to keep in touch with what’s going on in the local community and wider industry. This role's primary focus is sales, events and marketing for the Lamb Tavern pub and Old Tom's Bar, and you will be working alongside our Wedding Coordinator.
