Sales and Marketing Administrator

Identifying potential offline and  online shop vendors for products, initiating communication and  building sales r/ship.
Following up potential vendors that have showed interest in our brand products.
Booking appointments and attending meetings with potential shop vendors for products.
Working hard to increase customers and meet monthly sales objectives.
Making and taking phone calls from vendors and customers.
Communicating internally important feedback from customers and requesting for good reviews from online customers.
Dealing with and responding to emails.
Brainstorming to create marketing ads that are in sync with social trends and  communicating the brand effectively.
Creating visual ads to market brand products on Instagram, Facebook and other online platforms.
Updating stock inventory monthly and making notes of product bestsellers.
Sometimes assisting with postage of purchased products for customers.
Process invoices for sale transactions with new vendors.

Requirements for the role:

High organisational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time.
Good communication skills - both oral and in writing.
Well versed in IT skills. Particularly Mac.
An administrative or sales background.
Must be detail oriented.
