The ideal candidate will have preferably have previous industry experience, local area knowledge and be available for immediate start.

Responsibilities will include:
•Canvassing for properties
•Negotiating deals
•Arranging/accompanying viewings
•Liaise with landlords and tenants
•Preparing paperwork/referencing
•Handling calls and email enquiries
•Developing client relationships.
