A Negotiator is required, by a well-established, independent and friendly agent located in East Ham, East London.
• Basic: £15,000 - £18,000
• OTE: £25,000 - £35,000
• Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8:45-6:00pm, every Saturday 9:30-5:00pm with day off in lieu
• Pool Cars provided during working hours
They will need to have impeccable people skills as this role will involve dealing with a wide variety of people. Good customer service skills are essential and an acute awareness of client relationships are required to succeed in this position. Operating in a very busy office, we need a negotiator who Copes extremely well under pressure and remains calm and focused at all times. Organisational skills are key in this role, along with good PC skills.
Duties of this exciting SALES AND LETTINGS role will include:
• Registering applicants and matching properties to applicants needs
• Conducting viewings
• Negotiating and Closing deals
• Liaising with Vendors, Purchasers, Landlords and tenants
• Canvassing of new properties
To be considered for this SALES AND LETTINGS position they will have the following qualities:
• Estate agency sales or lettings experience is required
• Well presented
• Strong work ethic
• Able to demonstrate a successful track record in meeting and exceeding targets
• Customer focused
• Positive, ambitious and enthusiastic
• Excellent communication skills
• Full UK driving licence essential
